MapInfo and GPS
Equipment required: * GPS with PC cable * Laptop running MapInfo * Blue Marble GeoTracker installed (free, from the MapInfo install CD) * Turn GPS on, let it find satellites (~ 90 seconds) * Setup GPS to output NMEA signal to laptop (if you’ll be in a vehicle travelling at any speed choose 9600 baud)
