Overview

Have you ever been unable to return to a map view because MapInfo Pro only allows one (1) previous view? This is not a problem with SGSI's PreviousVIEWS, where you can return to up to five (5) previous map views in any map window.

PreviousVIEWS is installed as a separate menu option within MapInfo Pro, so it is always available when you need it.

Features

Easy installation:

Save the "SGSI_PreviousVIEWS.mbx" file to any directory, then, from MapInfo Pro's menu select:

MapInfo Pro 6.0 or earlier:
File > Run MapBasic program ...

MapInfo Pro 6.5 or higher:
Tools > Run MapBasic program ...

Launch PreviousVIEWS via the MapInfo Pro menu:

All standard features of MapInfo Pro remain enabled including map layering, data-driven (thematic) mapping, and map data editing.

PreviousVIEWS can be automatically installed, each time you start MapInfo Pro. To do this, use Tools > Tool Manager to add PreviousVIEWS to the Tool Manager list.

Settings and Operation:

Once PreviousVIEWS is started, set the number of previous views that can be made available for each map window.

Once the settings have been selected, a message informs the user that PreviousVIEWS has been successfully started.

The new arrow buttons added to the toolbar allow the user to move back and forth between up to five (5) map views.

Prices

PreviousVIEWS is normally licensed on a per-user. Volume discounts apply and site licenses or enterprise licenses are possible. Please call SGSI at 206-224-0800 for additional license options.

The MultiPrint price does not include a license to MapInfo Pro for Windows NT/2000/XP. Discounts may apply if you have previously purchased MapInfo Pro from SGSI.

Option A:	PreviousVIEWS, Single user license.
$49	Allows use of PreviousVIEWS on a single computer. Does not include software updates or technical support.
Option B:	PreviousVIEWS, Single user license upgrade from earlier version.
$37.50	Upgrade price reflects a 25% discount. Does not include software updates or technical support.
Option C:	PreviousVIEWS, Site license.
$499	Allows use of PreviousVIEWS on a unlimited number of computers within single state for single company. Includes one technical support, with email and/or web-based support.
