Support for old versions of MapInfo Pro

SGSI offers paid support for Revision 4.x, 5.x, 6.x, 7.x, 8.x and even older versions of MapInfo Professional.  These versions are no longer supported by MapInfo Corporation.

SGSI also is unique worldwide in offering limited support for MapInfo for DOS, a product discontinued nearly a decade ago.

The current PBBI/MapInfo support policy for old versions is as follows:

"Technical Support will support the current shipping version of the MapInfo product plus two releases back (whether major or minor releases). The oldest version back will only be supported for 18 months from when it originally became available to ship."  (MapInfo.com...)
